My Approach to Family Therapy
My approach draws on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a model grounded in attachment theory. EFT helps families identify cycles of disconnection and the emotions that drive them, creating new ways of reaching for one another with more safety and care. Whether navigating conflict, life transitions, or healing from past hurts, therapy helps each member feel seen, heard, and understood.
